Venues

New Embers currently play twice a week:

Springwell Community School (see map), Mondays and Thursdays, 7.45 - 9.45, 3 courts.

Car parking is via Calver Crescent.

Fees

Our main season lasts between September and May. We also play over the summer, June to August. We also offer a reduced fee for members who only wish to come once per week.

Fees for the 2009/10 Season are:

September - May: £100 twice per week / £60 once per week

Student Rate, September - May: £4 per session (in full-time education aged up to 22)

New members

For £4 a session you are welcome to come along to a club night to see if we are the club for you. If after this you wish to join the club, in order to benefit from the significant per night cost savings and to be eligible to play in our league teams, we will be happy to discuss this with you (see above for fees). If you join mid-season we can identify the appropriate reduced rate.

We are keen to expand our membership in the following categories:

League Players - for our Mens, Ladies and Mixed Teams

Club Players - those who just want to play socially

Young Players - who want to improve and have some fun
